Securities Mediation

• Administrative Fee - $350 (one time charge)
• Mediation Fee - $350/hr (minimum one hour)

Superior and District Court Mediation

• Administrative Fee - $175 (one time charge)
• Mediation Fee - $175/hr (minimum one hour)

Postponement / Cancellation Fee

Should a scheduled mediation be canceled or postponed within 7 days of the date set, an additional fee of $250 will be charged for a securities case, $150 for all others. This fee may be waived under certain circumstances.
